How do I return or exchange a product?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it (in original packaging and unused condition) within 30 days*.

We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.

*Personalized or engraved bats cannot be returned due to their being customized.
*Louisville Slugger aluminum bats are warrented for one year through Hillerich & Bradsby Company. Please call H&B at 1-800-282-2287 for return or replacement questions.
